Who?
Maria K is an International Master Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Personal Development Trainer and Spiritual Teacher with a knack for intuitively nurturing deep change, healing emotional pain, spiritual discord and diffusing difficult situations. Dividing her time between Goa, India, Cyprus and the UK, British-born Greek Cypriot Maria is an expert at guiding people to reach success in their chosen field whilst maintaining equilibrium in all other areas of their life and tackling tricky issues such as childhood trauma, familial conflict, grief and relationship troubles.
In 2022, she launched Blássi Goa, her long-awaited Healing, Awakening and Transformation Center. There she provides UpGrade experiences and journeys for those wanting to spend time with her in person whilst enjoying the gifts of tropical India.
As the Author of ‘I Am UpGrading’ and creator of the ‘UpGrade with Maria K’ podcast, Maria is highly perceptive and intuitive, qualities that complement her professional training perfectly.
Using a fusion of Emotional Intelligence, Wellness Principles, Ancient Eastern Philosophy, Mindfulness, Western Counselling, Personal and Spiritual Development and Success Coaching, she performs dynamic interventions which produce tangible results.

I’m all about results, and I’m known for being “firm but fair.” I work globally, both in person and online, helping individuals and organizations UpGrade and expand. My expertise is in guiding you to meaningful success while maintaining balance in all areas of your life. Your success, freedom, happiness are my passion! I’ve always had an innate ability to recognize the hidden potential within individuals and organizations. It’s something that’s become second nature to me.
What truly fuels my passion is taking that potential and turning it into real, tangible successes, goals, and dreams. I’m all about achieving concrete, meaningful outcomes. I get a real sense of fulfillment from unlocking the untapped essence in people and companies. It’s not just my job; it’s my calling, and I embrace it wholeheartedly.
