3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from Blássi Goa.

3.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made through the payment methods available on our website.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date of the retreat or event will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.
No refunds are available for online sessions once they have been booked.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Any changes may be subject to additional fees.

5. Use of the Retreat Center

5.1 Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards other guests, staff, and the local community. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in immediate expulsion from the retreat center without a refund.

5.2 Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property. Any damages must be reported immediately, and guests may be charged for repairs or replacements.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Health Conditions: It is the responsibility of the guest to disclose any health conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Blássi Goa is not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

6.2 Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by Blássi Goa staff. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Blássi Goa and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content from our website without our express written permission.
