Grief counselling is an essential part of the journey. At Blássi, I personally hold space for whatever arises—tears, numbness, guilt, anger, even unexpected laughter. There’s no need to justify your feelings here. Through gentle listening and compassionate guidance, we begin to navigate the emotional terrain of loss in a way that’s personal, healing, and grounded.
